50MW CFPP – Sitara Energy Project
At the 50MW Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP) – Sitara Energy Project, we successfully executed the Erection, Installation, and Commissioning of the 50MW Steam Turbine (Shanghai Electric Model 9C50), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the power generation system.
Our scope of work covered complete mechanical erection, precision alignment of turbine-generator components, hydraulic torque tightening, rotor inspection and balancing, and comprehensive pre-commissioning checks. The commissioning process included system testing, performance verification, and operational readiness validation in strict compliance with safety standards and OEM guidelines.
This project demonstrates our strong expertise in large-scale steam turbine installation and commissioning, delivering enhanced operational reliability, minimized downtime, and improved efficiency for thermal power plant operations.
1180MW CCPP POWER PLANT PLANT MAINTENANCE JOB
Engineering Excellence successfully carried out a comprehensive maintenance project at the 1180MW CCPP Power Plant in Bhikki, Sheikhupura for client HEI. The project scope included TBS repair and screen replacement, pit dewatering, ACW pump dismantling and assembling, cooling tower fan shaft alignment, and nozzle cleaning. In addition, the team performed GT filter replacements and complete painting of plant equipment, piping, and buildings, ensuring enhanced operational efficiency and long-term protection of assets. This project showcased our strong technical capabilities, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining world-class quality.
900MW CCPP BQPS -3 K- ELECTIC PORT QASIM KARACHI
Engineering Excellence Partners successfully executed a comprehensive service project at the 900MW CCPP BQPS-III K-Electric Power Plant in Port Qasim, Karachi. The scope of work included technical manpower supply, equipment spare parts and material supply, equipment and building paint work, and scaffolding installation. Our experienced team ensured timely execution and strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project. 38MW CFPP SITARA COAL POWER PLANT
In 2015, Engineering Excellence Partners successfully completed its first major project at the 38MW Sitara Coal-Fired Power Plant. The project scope included the installation, commissioning, and start-up of the HTC Steam Turbine, Flender Gear Box, Jinan Generator, and all Balance of Plant (BOP) equipment.
