50MW CFPP – Sitara Energy Project
At the 50MW Coal Fired Power Plant (CFPP) – Sitara Energy Project, we successfully executed the Erection, Installation, and Commissioning of the 50MW Steam Turbine (Shanghai Electric Model 9C50), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of the power generation system.
Our scope of work covered complete mechanical erection, precision alignment of turbine-generator components, hydraulic torque tightening, rotor inspection and balancing, and comprehensive pre-commissioning checks. The commissioning process included system testing, performance verification, and operational readiness validation in strict compliance with safety standards and OEM guidelines.
This project demonstrates our strong expertise in large-scale steam turbine installation and commissioning, delivering enhanced operational reliability, minimized downtime, and improved efficiency for thermal power plant operations.
